Korean Accreditation Board for Health and Medical Information Management Education (KAHIME)

The Canadian College of Health Information Management has a reciprocal agreement with the Korean Accreditation Board for Health and Medical Information Management Education (KAHIME). This agreement allows KAHIME members to apply to write the College’s CHIM national certification examination.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible under the KAHIME reciprocal agreement, the College requires proof of the following:

  1. Proof of active HIM certification with KAHIME

Application process

Step 1

Hold an active affiliate membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association.

Step 2

Review the Canadian College of Health Information Management’s CHIM NCE guide and follow the steps provided.
