2022 Annual General Meeting: Registration open

The Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) and the Canadian College of Health Information Management (together the Organization) are pleased to announce the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on June 21, 2022, from 1–2 p.m. ET.

This meeting will feature updates from the last fiscal year, plans for the new fiscal, and present opportunities for attendees to participate during the town hall session and exercise their voting rights. 

Active professional and retired members in good standing will be able to vote on the meeting proceedings. In accordance with CHIMA Bylaws, Article IX Section 6, there shall be no proxy voting at any meeting of the Association. Non-voting members (students and affiliates) and the general public are welcome to listen in.

All CHIMA members and members of the public are invited.
